Image in the 'places' section on finder

Basically, I just now noticed today that there's an image "1.JPG" in the places section. How can I access it to delete it? It's quite obnoxious now that I know it's there. I have to many photographs named "1" to even try and delete them all and hope to god it was it.

Is there a specific menu I can go to?
