Hi,

Sometimes when I try to upload images to imageshack or myspace it will say the picture is too big and then recommend Microsoft Image Resizer. But that only works with PC's :(

Are there any other alternatives? I have tried AppleWorks but its a pain and usually it just makes the picture pixelated.

Thanks.

I've actually used this online one when I've been on a computer with no or limited image editing software. It works surprising well for simple stuff.

Edit: Sorry...meant to come back and give you a real answer, but got sidetracked. Have a look at Seashore...simple but effective.

Thanks. :) I tried your link and it didn't open.

Nothing seems wrong with your link. I'll try it in Firefox.

Open the image in preview, file>save as> (move the quality slider to lesseer) chose a location and you have a dramtically smaller image file! Or oyu can youse PhotoBucket which automatically resizes them upon upload.

Thanks a lot! I never knew preview could be useful.
