Image resizing apps

I am looking to get a new phone as my old iphone 3G is showing its age. Apart from calls, email, calendar and web browsing major use for the phone will be to update my wordpress websites while I am away from computers. For this I need to be able to download images from PR companies, resize and crop them to exact pixel sizes before uploading them to my sites. Are there any apps to do this either for iphone or Android?

Thanks. This app appears to only resize images but not to crop them. Is that right?
