Image Retention on User Log in Screen (Mavericks)

I see a considerable amount of IR on my daughter's early 2013 13 rmbp. I can see a shocks of the dock when I change users or log in, having a grey background.

Before visiting a Genius, can someone confirm that tho is a a software glitch instead. I remember reading this before but it was irrelevant for me at that time. Or maybe even check your own systems and post a feedback.

If your display passes that test, then the weird artifact you're seeing on the login screen is nothing to worry about.

A point to note with that test -- don't stare at the screen while the test is running. Our eyes retain far more than those screens.

It is not the software. I just had my screen replaced on my 15'' rMBP after Mavericks installation...however the IR was before the update.
