Image Size Limits?

Just a quick question, I was uploading a picture a few minutes ago taken with my 3GS and I was forced to resize it manually because the forum said the picture was too big. Are there new limits on the forums for attached images because I've never had this problem?

As far as I know, we haven't changed anything. Size limits should still be 1.14 MB for most common image formats.
