iOS images in uitablecell

Hi, I have a UITableView and a script that download the images from url and display them after through a NsOperation, it works but I have a doubt.

When images have already been downloaded and I do scroll up or down, my app repeat the same operations again, i.e., it downloads images from url again... and display them

Once images have already been downloaded, Must I save them to disk? so when I do scroll to get images from disk instead from url?? I have not much images in the table.

How does people make this? Any idea? Thanks

You don't necessarily need to save them to disk. You could just save them in an array. If you want more ideas, this is already being discussed in this preexisting thread:
