iPhone 6(S)/Plus Images not sending

Of late I cannot send, from my iPhone 6S, (iOS 11.3.1) any images to either Message or email. I can post an image to FB though.
Am I missing a setting of some sort?

Go to Settings>Messages and ensure iMessage is on and MMS Messaging is on as well. Then, Settings>General>About to manually trigger if there is a carrier update that may have address any carrier issue. Ensure Cellular data is on as well Settings>Cellular>Cellular Data and Cellular Data Options?>Enable LTE>Voice & Data

Then, text yourself an image to see if you will receive it
