Images saved to Dropbox on my Note2 not showing up on my Mac?

I saved some Facebook images to a folder in Dropbox and they show up in my Dropbox folder on my Note2, however, they do not show up on my Mac's Dropbox folder even though the folder is there. Anyone know why this might be happening?
