If it's true that there will be two regular 7S models one that's 4.7 one 5.5 and 8 that's oled, either way it's gonna get nasty !!

Bookmark this page for now but recycled parts in 7S will take even more of a nose dive

And first run of oled. I own oled tv's they're great. But inconsistencies are even more prevalent and bound to be with apple popularity scale of manufacturing involved.same with androids that have them but it is amazing tech if you get a keeper.

..If it powers on, it will go in a box on the way to your respective country.

This is why I don't buy a new model phone for the first 3-6 months. I refuse to pay $649-$949 to Beta test Apple's hardware.

Buying tried & true tech for less than $500 is the way to go IMO.

Did we run out of thread after thread of actual issues to talk about that we need to come up with what imaginary ones might potentially be?

I am an iProphet, self proclaimed nonetheless!

My crystal ball tells me Timmy must go!!

It may or may not be a problem...Won't know till we get there.

As for waiting 3-6 months for Apple to work out any potential issues...I think you stand the same chances of getting a bad OLED on week #1 or week #30. (I hope.)

It might not be a real problem but I don't see anyone saying it is impossible. That to me says people think it is possible based on their past negative experience with Apple.

I think it will highly likely have issues and users will have to play screen lottery.

We'll, realistically practically anything is possible. That's kind of neither here nor there.

If they are all Sammy displays no lottery. If they are a mix of sharp, lg, Sammy the lottery will be on.

Well, I think it's already been said that the Apple oled displays are from a number of companies not that I give much credence to your belief.

Nobody else has the ability to make them until 2018.

It was an affiliate, Samsung SDI
Thats like the difference between Samsung Mobility and Samsung manufacturing. Different division of the same company.
