I've tried searching but cant find help

My setup

Virgin 20mb, using imap4 to access my virgin mailbox,

I can see through webmail that mail has created a 'To Do' folder on the server called 'apple mail to do', fair enough, but it hangs the mail app if i try and add or remove a to do, and so far its only allowed me to create 1 to do entry which i cannot now get rid of.

Soon as i access anything to do ish from mail i get the swirly circle and have to force quit.

Can anyone advise how to fix? ive recreated my mail setup by moving the plist thing, which went fine, and allowed me to create the 1 to do i have. But i cannot now get rid of.

I cant even find a way to remove to do's totally from mail.

Please help me!!
