Hi there,

With two computers (and an iPhone on the horizon), it is a major pain keeping mail synched between machines. Could anyone here recommend a reliable IMAP mail service that integrates well with OS X Maill? I have dotmac but feel it is a bit unreliable and I only use it as a backup. I am trying Gmail's IMAP support but wish it offered more control, as I would prefer to use Mail's spam filtering rather than Google's.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Maybe you should give Google a try.

I've been using their IMAP since it was available and it work perfectly. It makes life much easier.

I am, but I would like it to behave more like dotmac mail with its folders and stuff. Additionally, i want to continue using Mail's junk filtering rather than Gmail's.

In terms of free, large mailbox ones, AOL has a pretty standard IMAP implementation. I don't really use mine, but I have it set up on my iMac and on my iPhone as one of my accounts.
