MY imei on my box is 14 digits lol on the phone itself its 15 digits.

on the sprint packing paper (which im sure is scanned from the box) its also 14 digits.

Im trying to activate it and they are having problems lol gotta love sprint

Im having the same issue.. did they resolved it?

imei/meid numbers are the same, but one has a 0 at the end

the problem is that the iphone 5 requires the iccid for let but sprints system is not letting the techs add it to the system. the last time i talked to them thats what they said.

all of these numbers should be on the back of your box
