iMessage and Facetime not activating

I have iPhone 4 on 5.0.1 and iMessage and Facetime does not activate. I googled and others had the same problem, i have restored my iPhone about 20 times I added second email, made new Apple ID, tried different SIM cards etc. I don't know what else to do.

Can anyone help please?

I had this problem with my girlfriends iPhone 3GS. I got by it by selectiong the 'login to Apple ID' just under the option to use iMessage

Did you already reset network settings?

Is it a clean install, eg did you do restore from backup or restore ipsw?

Have you got any 3G unrestrictors installen now or on earlier versions?

How did you activate your phone?

I restored from iTunes, it downloaded the firmware and restored it. I set up my iPhone as new, i have nothing like 3G unrestrictors installed, it activated as soon it finished restoring, i just had to insert an O2 SIM and it came up with a message that my iPhone is unlocked.

did you already try tot eject sim and reinsert again?

Take a look in settings/phone your number should be displayed, if it isn't try reinserting sim.
