I have been noticing this very strange issue in Messages when I reply to an activity from my AW (this is an Apple Watch only feature). I do have iMessage in the Cloud turned on and after a while the activity message will duplicate itself. I have circled the ones that were generated by the system.
In this case, I have sent '#motivation' which shows a black bubble but the messages underneath shouldn't have been there.
My question is has anyone replied to your friend's activity on the AW and also have iMessage in the Cloud turned on? If so, are you experiencing the same issue like mine?
My partner also has the same issue so maybe it is a widespread issue? I have already reported to Apple but I am sure this is low in their priority to fix...
I am guessing this is caused by macOS because iMessage on macOS can't show the black bubble? Who knows...
