I'm trying to read an old iMessage conversation history. The person's phone number changed at the end of August 2014 so the messages begin there, but it won't let me scroll past 4th August. It looks like it is loading but it doesn't update, or if it does it brings me back to the most recent message again. This chat transcript for some reason isn't in my iMessage archive - I think I had an older phone at the time and didn't have iMessage connected to my laptop. There's about a year's worth of conversation that I would like to retrieve if possible. Any ideas?
Update - sorry it was actually loading messages just for some reason it kept some SMS undelivered at the top. But at 12 July 2014 it stops loading.
