Hi there, my wife is having a problem with her new iPhone 5. First of my conversations to her starting appearing in another conversation and not continuing from the original and I fixed that but now she said all my messages have been deleted.
There are now two conversations again but in the original conversation only goes back to September and nothing before that. All my txts now go to the newer conversation rather than the old one. My wife is quite keen on keeping all our conversations, says they have sentimental value
Any idea what might of happened here?
And finally I still have her backup which was done on the release day of the iPhone but anyway of combining all those texts to current ones? As she has received other important txts that she would rather keep from work especially.
