iMessage & FaceTime in Europe on Wifi

I have an iPhone 4S on Sprint. I am going to Hungary, Germany, and London and want to use only the Wifi features. I will turn off any voice and data roaming, use Airplane Mode, and leave Wifi on.

I assume I can access my email just fine on Wifi, and I am thinking I can also use iMessage for texting other iPhone users, as well as FaceTime?

Am I correct?
