iMessage failing sending pics lately...

Most of my pics fail...then I do try again, fail...I end up having to send as text message. Any ideas why this would happen?

I've given up on iMessage on all my iPhones on my account. Way too many issues with them not sending / receiving messages. Since I've turned it off all my issues have disappeared.
