iMessage for Classic to OS9

Thought I'd pass this along to everyone. No idea if it works, and I don't use OS9. But maybe someone wants to give it a try.
What would absolutely be cool is turning this to OS X. Being able to use iMessage in Panther, Tiger and Leopard would have a large impact on our little community.
The coolest way to do this would be a background service that converts intercepted iMessages to the AIM protocol or XMPP so that you can seemlessly send/receive them using iChat.
That used to come as standard back in the day - I remember txting from my Powerbook which was Bluetooth synced to my Motorola RAZR V3 in 2004.
I am sure the community is a lot larger than you think. PowerPC community is even in Ukraine, Europe, everywhere. Not just here.. there are millions of us out there trying to unlock the potential of the great PowerPC processor.
