Imessage group chat, mesaages being sent as text?

got a new 6+ and using the same chat as i did with my 5. with everyone else i am able to text perfectly as i did before but in this big group chat, every message i receive from everyone is an imessage but when i send a message now its always sent as text no matter what.

any idea how to fix this? very annoying

It happened to me also. Just delete the group chat and then text back in it and it will work

i deleted it earlier, when they send a new message and it appears again i will try it. hope it woks
