Hi - Hoping for some help. When I go into an iMessage thread, photos that are sent to me either show up as the image below with HEIC or do not show up at all. I am able to see the photo when I click into the thread for the first time but when I go back into thread I see this error. Very strange - any thoughts on a fix?
