Imessage issue with 11.3 (not out of order)

Hey everyone. Today I started having an issue with Imessage.

I will receive a message and get the screen notification. There will be the icon showing there is a message in the app. However I will open the app and there is nothing new there. If I go back out and back in sometimes its there and sometimes its not.

I have closed out all apps. Did a hard reboot of the phone and it fixed it for about an hour or so then it does it again. Anyone else having this issue?

Side note. Still having the issue of imessages not showing on the notification screen after overnight unless I unlock the phone and see the icon lit up with how many.

I would try disabling iMessage and then enabling it again. If that doesn’t help, try resetting your network settings. (you will have to re-enter all saved WiFi passwords)
