iMessage issues beta 4

anyone else had problems using iMessage on beta 4?

finally installed it on my 4S to test some apps, and noticed that it's not detecting that contacts are iMessage users (ie green button not changing to blue), also if someone sends me an iMessage to my email address, it is not getting delivered to phone (only gets delivered to OSX).

my email address is along with my mobile number in the iMessage settings. i've tried turning iMessage off and back on again, also rebooted - all no luck.

At first mine showed my email addresses but it has to have a check mark next to it for messages sent to that address to come to that device. Mine would show the check mark for about 5 seconds then go away. After I changed my password, for whatever reason, it started working again.

I think you need to do a network refresh and then reboot the phone and it fixed it.
