I want to log into iMessage from a jailbroken iPhone 4s. I have the the apple ID and password, however, when I log in, I do not want to send a notification to all of the other devices with the same apple ID saying that I have logged in. Is there anyway to do this?

No. Not possible.

It's a security notification specifically designed to mitigate eavesdropping; having the option to suppress it would be a design flaw.
