Starting a few weeks ago, whenever someone sends me a photo over iMessage/text, the picture doesn't show up in the Messages app. Instead, there is a little box with the file name of the photo and a small downward pointing arrow to the right of the file name. Clicking the down arrow does nothing.

Any idea why pics aren't showing up anymore in Messages in Mac OS Sierra?
