imessage not working for some IDs

For some reason, imessage has stopped working on my MBP (10.13.3) for some IDs. They have been working fine for a long time. But now I keep on getting "not delivered" for them. The IDs are configured on my iPhone the exact same way as on my Mac, and the iPhone works fine. But not my Mac.

Any ideas here? This is getting to be a royal PITA. I haven't made ANY changes to my system in quite a while.

I rebooted and that seems to have cleared things up. Methinks there is a bug or two floating around in this silly program.
