iMessage notifications gone haywire.

Since Yosemite public, every time I open my MBP, I get slammed with banner notifications for every iMessage I've received since the last time I opened my computer. They keep popping out until the very latest message. I've already read/replied to these on my iPhone/iPad, but OS X obviously thinks I've never seen them.

Anyone else? Any fix?
