iMessage over WiFi (b3)

Is anyone else having iMessage fail to deliver messages when connected to a WiFi network? I have no issue over cellular data, but whenever connected to WiFi, no messages will transmit. They either have to be sent as text messages or WiFi must be turned off. This is happening regardless of whether it is at home or on public networks.

Yeah its pretty annoying but comes with being in a beta program... hopefully it's fixed by the next one.
