After changing my Apple ID password, I am seemingly not able to receive iMessages that are being sent to my phone number on the Messages app for mac. In the preferences pane, my phone number is not an option for receiving - only email - and upon typing something to a group chat they asked why I "switched to email" from their view. Restarted phone and computer, no luck. Forwarding is still on in the iPhone settings.

*edit* fix was to turn off iMessage on the iPhone and then turn it back on to "activate" again.
