iMessage problems with 7.1 and iPhone 4

This is only happening with one of my contacts, but my iMessages do not appear to be getting delivered from my iPhone. The "delivered" message appears under the message on all other devices, but the message is not actually being delivered. Is this happening for anyone else? Any tips? I've already tried a reset.

Just one contact? Sounds more like their issue. Have you (and them) turned iMessage off and back on?
