Imessage queries

Hello ive been using imessage and its quite good, however i have a problem. When i changed my carrier it seems that i cannot activate it again, can anyone suggest any solution on how to fix this . Thanks

If your swapping your sims you need to turn iMessage off before you remove the sim then turn it on after you've inserted the new sim
