All Devices iMessage Quick Actions: Myself listed as Contact

One of my favorite 3D Touch actions is the Quick Action for iMessages where it will list your 3 most frequent contacts. It's great for my the 3 people I message with. However, starting with iOS 13.1PB1 my name is listed as one of the contacts. I was hoping subsequent updates would fix it but I'm on iOS13.1.2 and it's still the same.

Of course I submitted bug report back on PB but was wondering if anyone had the same issue and/or a fix.

I’m listed 2nd in my list. Weird...and extremely useless.

I tapped on it, and it took me to a test message I’d clearly sent myself from one of my other iMessage addresses in 2018. I deleted that conversation, and now my name has disappeared from the quick action list.

THANK YOU!! Since I have iCloud messages at 30 days, I didn’t have a conversation with myself to select. However, using your suggestion I created a new text to myself and then deleted it. That fixed it!
