iMessage Trouble After iOS 16 Update

My iPhone 13 Pro Max is having iMessage trouble after updating to iOS 16.
1) Trouble sending out messages. Many are slow to send or fail to send.
2) When the messages are sent, I do not receive the answers.

Interestingly enough, my wife's iPhone 11 Pro also updated to iOS 16, has the same settings enabled and has no trouble sending or receiving messages.

Note: I have rebooted the phone, reset network settings, turned iMessage settings on and off. All seem to be temporary at best, then the trouble starts all over again.

At this post after all the threads here about iMessage issues after upgrading, it's important you report the issues to Apple either by contacting support or apple.com/feedback.

Mine still does at 16.1

Love to see them take a year 'off' of upgrades and just fix things. I miss the 'it just works' days
