I had that bug as well, happened to me yesterday. I reset all setting and everything is back to normal for now.

Try that should work, but I don't know if the issue comes back yet.

This has been happening to me. They seem to come an go. Sometimes I'll get a notification some not

Yeah I've had this bug few times in each beta. A hard reset fixes it every time but I'm still surprised there hasn't been a fix yet.

Have you reported it? Make sure Apple is aware of it.
