iMessages and FaceTime Issues in iOS6

Hi,

I am having serious problems syncing imessages across iphone and ipad as well as activation issues with FaceTime. I'm starting to think that this may be a problem on Apple's end. Does anyone know of any problems with this?

Any solution to my problems would help. Basically, FaceTime won't activate, and the one time it did, it kept going out. In addition, my imessages on my ipad aren't sending and are not working with iCloud.

I can't sync my phone number to my other devices as well. When I try to login from iMessage or FaceTime with my Apple ID it keeps giving me incorrect password, although I'm using the same password and username in the App store and iCloud.
