iMessages/Messages not showing up on lock or home screen.

I'm on the most current version of the beta and all of a sudden none of my text messages are showing a notification on the lock screen or even showing a badge on the home screen.

I have tried to do a regular power cycle and even a hard reset (home button and lock button until the phone restarts) but nothing seems to be working.

Any ideas short of doing a fresh install?

Do you have another iDevice that could be viewing the messages? Notifications do sync across them.

I went back to 6.1.4 and I started having this issue about a week ago.
