iMessages showing email address vs. name

I use exchange for all of my contacts on my iPhone, iPad and MBP. One of my daughter's messages to me always shows up as her email address vs. her name. I've double checked the contact in exchange and it's correct...what else should I check?

Turned iMessage off and back on and it's fixed.

Now it's happening on my MBP with the same contact plus another one....makes no sense...

Any suggestions here?
