iMessages slow to send despite full-strength WiFi

Yeah same here. Had to fool with turning it off then on and rebooting etc. Finally starting working again. This has happened twice since 7.1 release. I only had an issue with one of the betas (cant remember which one) but the next beta addressed iMessage issues and no problem since until the release version. Turn off iMessage, restart phone then turn it back on. I think that was finally the sequence that resolved it for me.
