iMessages stopped sending after attempting a FT audio call?

Okay so my curiousity had me attempt a facetime audio call just to see what would happen.. and of course it didn't work. but after i tried that all of a sudden none of my imessages will send.

i'm still receiving all of them and i've tried turning on and off my phone/imessage/facetime in settings. any ideas?

edit: on beta 3 btw.
