Imessages with data off?

I lost me unlimited data pla when Verizon moved to the "new plans", if i turn off my internet data and make LTE voice only will i recieve other imssage users text's as green colored cell texts if not connected to wifi. ????

iMessage requires data. If you don't have data on, then the message should go through as a text message instead (green), assuming you've set that option in your Messages settings.
