I've made a video using about 100 still frames. It's a funny music video. Problems come from uploading to youtube and I have no idea why

Tried:
video settings:MPEG-4/h.263/HDV-720p(25-60)
audio: http://cl.ly/411s1i2G3n1V360x2t1n
Prepare for video streaming:checked - Fast Start selected

Every codec used produces different timing once uploaded to youtube, but they all play in QT FINE! HDV setting runs through everything and cuts off the audio at 54 seconds. 264 and MPEG delay, speed up, and alter the timing of each image seemingly randomly.

Please help.

that's actually the first thing I did because I wanted to trim off some of the black on the end. However, no luck. That version was only 54 seconds long, with truncated audio.

I will however try going back as I didn't do it with the 264 codec.

[edit] I tried saving as with and without the .mov extension. I tried saving 'for web' I tried auto posting to youtube - nothing worked with any format.
