iMovie 08 adding annotations or Programs for adding annotations

Hello all,

I'm trying to add some annotations to a video in iMovie 08, and I'm not sure it's possible.

I can add 'Title text' but don't seem to be able to move the text around the video, it is fixed to the bottom.

Are there any solutions for this? Perhaps a newer version allows this?

Also are there any other programs that allow annotation?
