iMovie 08 exporting back to video Camera question

I just edited a movie on iMovie 08 and would like to export it back to my dv video camera to save it on a digital tape. I can't find an option for this in iMovie 08. Is there one?

Simple answer, no - not like you could in iMovie HD..

Good news is that you can download iMovie HD for free since you have 08. Then follow these steps:

1. In 08, export your movie as a full DV quality QuickTime file
2. Import the resulting file into iMovie HD
3. Export to camcorder

I know that this may be a less than desirible approach, but I'm afraid that you're stuck.

I know it's been said lots of times .... iMovie 08 isn't as flexible as iMovie HD, in fact many say iMovie 08 is crap ..
