iMovie '08 wont work after installing leopard

So basically i got the iLife '08 with my iMac then installed leopard erased the HDD and go to install iLife '08 and all the other apps work apart from iMovie 08, i get this error message and i dont know why.

I have already upgraded the installation and still wont work.

Same thing happens on our PM G5 and my intel iMac. Except we installed iLife '08 after Leopard. After doing a software update and restarting, it starts up properly on the G5. I haven't bothered restarting my iMac yet. So yeah, it should work after a restart.

I had the exact same issue after installing leopard. Updating to version 8.1 via software update solves the problem.
