Hi,
I'm new of iMovie '09 and in general of video editing.
I've done an iphone app screencast, obtaining a .mov file.
Then I imported it in iMovie '09, but when I create a project to edit the video, it is cutted, regardless the proportions used.

You need to explain a little more. I'm not sure I understand what cutted means but it sounds like the video you are bringing in is not the same proportion? You need to add more details.

I taked the video with SimCap, then I imported the .mov in iMovie '09.
After that, I created a project (I tried all the proportions, 4:3, 3:2, 16:9) and I did some editing, basically I changed the velocity of some clips. Then I exported using "Share->export using quicktime->from movie to quicktime movie".
When I play the resulting video, the video surface is cutted.
How can I create project maintaining the proportions the same?
