I'm not a novice, but I had to do a simple dance recital for a family member. I have to say I HATE iMovie '09. iMovie HD was so much easier, but I thought ok I'll learn it. I figured it has to be better because it's newer.
I'm having problems with the limited transitions, and title options. Some of the title options seem to be preformated, and I can't manipulate them how I want. Seems like they dummy downed 09.
In my opinion it's for 16 year old girls that want to make podcasts, and youtube videos.
What's your opinion? Should I get Final Cut Express? I read a lot of the reviews, and they are all over the place.
