With OS X 10.6 coming out later this year it will include the below features (among many others), as many of you know:

1. Grand Central - take greater advantage of multi-core CPU's.
2. OpenCL - make use of the GPU for non-graphics related computations.

Will iPhoto '09 get a patch to include this support down the road or you figure we'll be seeing support for this included with the iLife '10 suite?

Who knows? iLife is the one product they seem to keep a lid on rumours. Probably because it`s not seeded externally.

I suspect a partial implementation as a patch or simply through the enhancements to quicktime. Then the real deal will be a re-engineered iLife 10 release.

I'd presume we'd see updates to pretty much everything round the launch of Snow Leopard. Whether they will me paid or not is anyone's guess.
