iMovie 11 doesn't load any video

I just reinstalled iMovie 11, and now it comes up without any video clips. The events and projects are still there, but the video is all gone. And if I try to import video from elsewhere on my computer, the video files are greyed out. Any ideas will be much appreciated!

Don't panic, all your video is probably still there. Do a spotlight search for a folder called iMovie Events. All of your video files should be stored in this folder.
