I went out and purchased a new Macbook Air yesterday and migrated everything from my old air via the time machine method.

I was in the middle of editing a whole bunch of video shot in europe a few weeks ago... all of the videos are stored in aperture 3.1 albums.

When I open iMovie 11' it shows my projects... but it also shows that all of the source video is missing.

Also, when I first start iMovie... it says its loading all clips but then it doesn't load anything.

I don't think this is just a problem with iMovie loading up Aperture videos... it also fails to show other videos laying around in other various parts of my computer.

Anyone have similar issues?

iMovie stuck after upgrading to Lion and iMovie 11

When I open the "new" application, it simply is stuck on "generating thumbnails." Essentially, it is "locked up" and I have to ForceQuit. I have installed iMovie 11 twice.

This was after the upgrade to Lion and iMovie11. Aperture is source of all things photo with some videos.
