iMovie A/V sync problem

So I have a 12 minute movie with a sound file from garageband imported over it, it syncs up alright in iMovie, but then when I export it it gets messed up. Anyone else have this problem?
 
I don't know, but describing the input format (MP3, ACC, AIFF) and specs of the audio file and the output parameters (codecs & specs) might trigger someone's thoughts.

Are you seeing this problem when playing the movie back in QuickTime Player, or some other form?
